  • Via Data input automation (using the Upload file / CSV file or TXT file option) to translate an entire file.
  • Via Data input automation (using the File URL / CSV file or TXT file option) to translate a remotely stored file.
  • Translating texts from inside your Hexomatic workflow.

How to use the DeepL Translate automation via a Data input:

Step 1: Create a blank workflow and select Data input as the starting point.
Step 2: Via the Data input automation, choose upload a file or copy-paste the text you want to translate.
Step 3: Add the DeepL Translate automation, selecting the Data input as the source. Select the source language, style (Automatic/ Formal/ Informal) and the target language.
Step 4: Click continue to run or schedule the workflow.
