How to use Text transformation automation
Transforming text, also known as case conversion or case transformation, is considered the process of changing the case of letters, digits, punctuation marks, and spaces. Textual transformation can be encountered while writing a text message, translating a text, sending an email, or typing a document. A case transformation automation can be used for a wide range of purposes, from copywriting to marketing and creating social media posts.
Our Text transformation automation will allow you to transform texts in different ways including capitalization of each word, making each letter uppercase/lowercase, and capitalizing all except the first letter.
Different ways to use our Text transformation automation:
Step 1: Create a blank workflow and select Data input as the starting point.
Step 2: Add the Text transformation automation, selecting the Data input as the source. Then, select the fields for transformation (Select All/ Data input) and choose the text transformation mode (upper case/lower case/capitalize each word/capitalize all except the first letter).
Step 3: Click continue to run or schedule the workflow.
You can export the results in CSV or Google Sheets.

- Via Data input automation (using the Manual paste / List of inputs) to transform texts.
- Via Data input automation (using the Upload file / CSV file) to transform texts in a local CSV file.
