Email Verification (EasyDMARC)

Email is still one of the most effective communication channels, but worryingly only a fraction of email addresses collected are accurate, mostly due to technical changes, job changes or human error.

EasyDMARC performs in-depth checks to prevent bad emails from harming your sender reputation and email deliverability so your emails can reach the inbox.

Email validation checks include the detection of invalid syntax, bounce, MTA, spam trap, disposable (DEA), catch-all, domain and SMTP email checks.

Different ways to use the Email Verification automation by EasyDMARC:

• Via Data input automation (using the Manual paste / List of inputs option) to verify a list of emails (one per line).
• Via Data input automation (using the Upload file / CSV file option) to verify a list of emails in a local CSV file.
• Via Data input automation (using the File URL / CSV file option) to verify a list of emails in a remotely stored CSV file.
• Verifying emails found inside your Hexomatic workflow.
  
  

How to use the Email Verification automation via Data input:

Step 1: Create a blank workflow and select Data input as the starting point.
Step 2: Add the Email Verification automation by EasyDMARC, selecting the data input as the source.
Step 3: Click continue to run or schedule the workflow.

You can provide a list of emails or perform checks on existing emails discovered in your workflow.
